Meet Our Host
Morgan Jones is Strategic Account Manager for Hyperion Solutions and a recognized leader in the elevator industry. She began her career early, working at 14, holding management roles by 17, and securing her first corporate position at 18, and has since built a diverse background across business administration, HR, marketing, and creative advertising.
Morgan discovered her true passion in vertical transportation nearly a decade ago when she joined Torin Drive. She has held key leadership roles, including General Manager for Torin Drive North America and ZZIPCO, and currently represents Hyperion’s business units across North America, sharing insights from the people, products, and innovations that keep the world moving.
An active industry advocate, Morgan serves as Chair for the NexGen program, is a member of Women in Motion, and frequently speaks on the “Stay Sharp, Ride Smart” podcast by the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation. She is a trusted voice on industry trends, safety, and workforce development, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to her conversations.
Morgan thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and connecting with industry peers. She enjoys time in the field observing products in action and translating those insights back to her teams. Outside of work, she is a boy mom, avid reader, and lavender latte enthusiast with a passion for creativity and thinking outside the box. Through Let’s Talk Elevators, she delivers conversations that educate, inspire, and elevate the industry.
