We’ve expanded our proven line of Titan Brake Retrofit Kits (TBKs) to deliver the most efficient path to elevator brake code compliance on the market.

Originally launched support Titan’s discontinued geared traction machines, these kits converted single-plunger brakes into safer, dual-plunger configurations. With new code requirements rolling out across NYC, Las Vegas, and Florida, compliance is no longer optional — and Titan is ready.

By January 1, 2027, all traction equipment with single plunger brake designs must be retrofitted with dual plungers or equipped with an emergency brake.
