Welcoming Katie Graves as Director, HR Business Partner

Katie brings extensive HR leadership experience supporting complex, multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations. Her background includes performance management systems, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational alignment. These disciplines directly support operational consistency, workforce stability, and long-term performance.

Katie will partner closely with leaders across our Distribution operations in Memphis, our Manufacturing teams at EECO in Richmond and Los Angeles, and our Residential business units in Arlington Heights and Edmonton. Her role is focused on aligning people strategy with business performance, ensuring our teams are structured, supported, and developed to deliver consistent results.
