Hyperion Solutions Invests in Digital Infrastructure with the Addition of Emily Molina

Hyperion Solutions is actively investing in the digital infrastructure required to support our rapid growth. As part of our recent expansion, which includes 24 newly created positions across the organization, we are pleased to welcome Emily Molina to the brand-new role of Director of Systems.

Emily brings more than 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise transformation. Her background includes directing complex SAP and ERP implementations, optimizing operational processes, and managing technology-enabled improvements during periods of rapid organizational growth.

In this newly created position, Emily will conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current systems landscape across all business units to identify integration gaps and inefficiencies. She is focused on developing a roadmap for system consolidation and integrating new technologies including AI tools and advanced automation to make our operations faster and more efficient. Her work overseeing ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms will ensure that our internal systems scale seamlessly alongside our business.

Building a stronger, more automated technological foundation allows our teams to respond faster and operate with greater precision. Emily’s leadership in systems harmonization is a direct investment in the operational efficiency and speed that our partners rely on every day.
