Hyperion Solutions Adds 24 New Positions as the Company Expands
Hyperion Solutions is growing. This year, we have added 24 incremental positions across the organization, doubled our R&D capacity, and tripled our Field Service resources.
These positions represent an intentional investment in the people and capabilities needed to support our continued expansion. They are new additions to the organization, not replacement roles.
Across engineering, Field Service, sales, manufacturing, and operations, we are building a larger and more capable team to support our customers, contractors, and distribution businesses throughout North America.
Doubling Our R&D Capacity
Innovation, product reliability, and technical expertise remain central to the future of Hyperion Solutions. This year, we doubled our R&D and engineering capacity to expand the resources dedicated to product development and continuous improvement.
These additions strengthen our ability to modernize system packages, improve product reliability, and develop solutions for the evolving needs of the elevator industry.
We are continuing to grow this part of the business and are actively recruiting for additional key engineering positions, including a Chief Engineer for our brake product line and a Mechanical R&D Engineer.
Tripling Our Field Service Resources
We have tripled our Field Service resources to provide broader technical support for customers and contractors in the field.
This expansion includes the addition of Director of Field Services and several new technicians.
By putting more technical resources in the field, we are expanding our ability to support complex projects, respond to jobsite needs, and serve partners across North America.
Expanding Key Sales and Operational Roles
Our growth extends beyond engineering and Field Service. We have also added key roles across sales, manufacturing, business development, and operations.
Recent additions include:
Michael Robinson, General Manager, EECO: Supporting the continued expansion of our manufacturing organization.
Nick Lehmann, Sales Manager, Distribution: Expanding the sales and application resources available across our distribution businesses.
Joey Kuzminski, Business Development Manager, Northeast: Strengthening our customer-facing presence in an important regional market.
These additions reflect a company-wide commitment to growing our capabilities, expanding our reach, and investing in the people who will support our next stage of growth.
Building What Comes Next
Twenty-four incremental positions. Double the R&D capacity. Triple the Field Service resources.
This is what growth looks like at Hyperion Solutions.
We are expanding our team, strengthening our technical capabilities, and investing in the resources needed to serve the elevator industry at a greater scale.
